Guests are encouraged to attend classes, but can plan their own schedule. We promise no guilt! The planned activities are designed to provide conditioning exercises, stress reduction strategies, and a rejuvenated spirit.
Two and one-half miles of lakeshore, 15 miles of wooded trails, and 300 scenic acres accentuate a variety of outdoor activities for improved health and fitness:

During the winter, guests enjoy this magnificent setting through cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and Nordic Walking on Birdwing's groomed trails. In addition, a variety of aerobic, yoga, relaxation, and conditioning classes are offered. |
