Guests are encouraged to attend classes if they would like, or plan their own schedule. We promise no guilt! The planned activities are designed to provide conditioning exercises, stress reduction strategies, and a rejuvenated spirit.
Two and one-half miles of lakeshore, 15 miles of wooded trails, and 300 scenic acres accentuate a variety of outdoor activities for improved health and fitness:

During the winter, guests enjoy this magnificent setting through cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and Nordic Walking on Birdwing's groomed trails. In addition, a variety of aerobic, yoga, relaxation, and conditioning classes are offered. |
